Criminal and Legal Characteristics of Nonviolent Sexual Crimes under Turkish Law

The article analyzes the composition of nonviolent sexual crimes, responsibility for which is provided by current norms Criminal Code Republic Turkey. These include: act with a minor (article 104), harassment 105) and indecent acts 225). There no legal definition in Turkish legislation. Nevertheless, on basis established law enforcement practice systematic interpretation criminal law, doctrine has developed appropriate definitions.
